All of us are aware of importance of hair. They play an important role in our lives from making us stand ahead of the crowd to looking attractive and boosting our self-confidence. Thus what makes a person different from others are some of his/her habits of day to day life. So in this context I am going to list some of the most necessary habits that should be used to get healthy hair.


• Shampooing and Conditioning: It is one of the habits that are worth remarkable. Doing shampoo frequently ensures a healthy growth of hair and makes them strong enough to bear any hair related issue. Same thing for a perfect conditioner.

• Use of natural hair color: In the run of coloring our hair with the most amazing shade, we sometimes invest out hard earned money on a chemically equipped color. But this is not the case with the people who prefer organic hair colors like botanical hair colour and organic indigo powder.

• Diet: People with healthy hair are too choosy when it comes to their diet. They prefer a diet which consists of protein, vitamins and many more. They invest their time and money on green vegetables. As it well known that the hair are made up of chitin which is a protein.


• Protection: I order to maintain the healthy look of hair; people wear a sun mask like hair ultima spa and many more to protect the hair from the harmful UV rays. Even you may find people wearing a hat for protection of hair. Thus it is a habit that can make your hair unique.

• Hot water: Strong hair is not necessarily achieved by bathing with hot water instead they can be strengthening by minimizing the use of hot water.


• Oiling: It is another component that should be considered in mind for making the hair strong. People use various kinds of natural hair like almond oil, coconut oil and others as they conditions the hair from the roots and make them ultra-strong to resist any obstacle.

• Drinking water: Just like our skin, our hair needs water. Thus drinking a lot of water will help you automatically to make the hair hydrated. It ultimately helps in strengthening of hair.

• Avoid Gel: It may be strange to note that the strength of the hair is directly proportional to being as natural as possible. Thus if someone is using the gel hair color for styling of hair then there are very high chances that the person is harming his/her hair.


Thus these are some of the habits of people with strong hair and it is advisable for all the people to use these in their day to day life in order to get the necessary strength of the hair. At last it is suggestible to take care of your hair excessively in order to get the shining and strong hair. For that use of botanical hair colour and organic indigo powder is highly recommendable.
